Completed in July of 2010, the award winning rehabilitation of the landmark Livingston (built in 1918) has been recognized by the California State Assembly with the Historic Preservation Award and by the City of Pasadena, Historic Preservation Commission with the Historic Preservation Award.Eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places as a contributor to Pasadena's National Register Historic District, the building's 31,425 square feet were entirely rehabilitated from the ground up with special attention given to preserving the details characteristic to this building designed during the District's period of significance.
